Use of the Service

BakerStack helps bakers create public bakery pages with profiles, cake galleries, menus, and order handoff links. Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and lawful.

Baker Content

Bakers are responsible for the images, menu items, pricing, descriptions, and social profile details they publish or import into BakerStack. Bakers must have the right to use uploaded or imported content.

Orders and Payments

BakerStack may help customers start an order or contact a baker through WhatsApp. Fulfillment, payment, delivery, refunds, and food compliance are handled directly between the baker and customer unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Connected Services

If a baker connects Instagram or Facebook, they authorize BakerStack to access permitted information from Meta APIs for the connected account. Access can be revoked through Meta account settings or by requesting data deletion.

Service Changes

BakerStack may change or discontinue features as the product evolves. The service is provided without warranties except where required by law.
