Information We Collect

BakerStack collects account details such as name, email address, bakery handle, profile information, menu items, cake gallery photos, social links, and order details submitted through the app.

Instagram and Facebook Data

If a baker connects Instagram through Meta, BakerStack may import the baker's Instagram username, display name, biography, profile image, follower count, media count, and recent media from the Instagram professional account they manage. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to sync the baker's connected profile.

How We Use Information

We use information to create public bakery pages, show menus and galleries, support WhatsApp ordering, manage baker accounts, and improve the service.

Sharing

Public bakery profile details, menu items, and gallery images are visible to customers. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, or communication features.

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their BakerStack data at any time. See the data deletion instructions.
